1. What TyrantCrusher Is (and Is Not)

TyrantCrusher is a document preparation and case organization tool. We help you organize evidence, build timelines, and generate professional letters for disputes.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this platform creates an attorney-client relationship. The letters and documents generated are communication tools — starting points that you should review and customize before sending. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TyrantCrusher only for:

• Legitimate disputes where you have a good-faith belief your claim is valid
• Honest, accurate representations of facts in your case files and letters

You may not use TyrantCrusher for:

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind
• Making false statements of fact in letters or complaints
• Disputes against individuals in personal (non-commercial) capacities unless they are acting in a business or organizational role
• Any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activity

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account. You must be at least 18 years old to use TyrantCrusher. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Content

You own everything you upload to TyrantCrusher. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your case files, evidence, uploaded documents, or generated letters.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the TyrantCrusher service — meaning to store it, display it back to you, and send it to our AI provider to generate letters. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

5. AI-Generated Letters

Letters are generated by artificial intelligence (xAI's Grok model). They are starting points, not finished legal documents. You are responsible for reviewing every letter before sending it.

We are not responsible for the content of generated letters, the outcomes of disputes, or any consequences resulting from letters generated on this platform. AI-generated content may contain errors or may not be appropriate for your specific legal situation.

6. Third-Party Services

TyrantCrusher uses the following third-party services to operate:

• xAI (Grok) — to generate letters. Your case content is sent to xAI for processing.
• Supabase — for authentication and file storage.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Resend — for email delivery.

Each of these services has their own terms of service and privacy policy that govern their handling of your data.

7. Payment Terms

Starter ($19 one-time): One-time payment for one case. No refund after a letter has been generated. Full refund within 24 hours if no letter has been generated.

Monthly ($19/mo) and Power ($49/mo): Recurring subscription billed monthly. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current billing period upon cancellation.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tyrantcrusher.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve billing issues promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

TyrantCrusher is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Outcomes of disputes or legal proceedings
• Responses (or lack thereof) to letters you send
• Actions taken by third parties based on your letters or complaints
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
• Data loss (though we make reasonable efforts to prevent it)

Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TyrantCrusher shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Missoula, Montana, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TyrantCrusher.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TyrantCrusher after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
